I absolutely love Denmark: The food looks amazing, the frankfurters look truly delish and, for the first time on your culinary journeys, I have not seen a dish that I would not absolutely like to try. Everything looks mouthwatering. Good photography, Cory! I love the fact that the water is only an hour’s drive away as I am a ‘water baby’: I grew up in a seaside village. Like you, I would love to live there, budget permitting. I love the scenery, especially the castles. My favorite is Fredenbourg Castle. You look so happy and glowing in your pictures: You positively sparkle! Sad to leave our Viking nation, but looking forward to what’s next.
