Thank you for the kind sentiments Liz. I am happy you always enjoy the read. Yes, Finland is very delightful but too expensive, it is almost as expensive as Switzerland. They might be happy and contented but budget visitors wont be with the prices.

Even if they are not actually bubbling over with happiness, they really do seem to be contented and welcoming. A very in-depth article: full of nuggets of interest and lots of activities to enjoy, with beautiful sites to visit. I loved learning about this country as it seems to be a highly organized and well-run society, too, but quite cold and expensive to the ordinary traveler. Spring may be a better time to visit, as you say. All in all, Finland sounds quite delightful, glad you were so happy there! This is really hard work but you are so dedicated and committed to excellence, and you enjoy what you do. Keep it up, Cory!

Yes should be much more lovely when the trees are green. The snow does not bother me, in fact I love it.. just not when it comes with storm wind or rain.

I would seem curious to see it in the spring, since in the winter you don’t see much but snow. They seem to have nice buildings though. It seems like a nice place to live actually, if it weren’t for the expensive lifestyle. I guess being a happy place issent free.
