Thanks once again for the compliment, no I did drink from the fountain, I was more focused on staying warm tha drinking that ice cold water. Bosnia is really lovely. It has a warmth about it you can feel, and I was in love with that most.

It was so comprehensive and from the heart. Everything was covered: from your initial anecdote of remaining cool and calm when given such misleading info by your Travel Contact, to the in-depth info as per usual on currency exchange rates, to the prices of food drink, accommodation and especially transport (I do wonder though about that 8 hour drive: Do you think those buses are wheelchair accessible?). It seems a beautiful country with a population who have over come great adversity and are still warm and welcoming. So many historical sites and beautiful views, with the primeval forest of the Sutjeska National Park a true nature lover’s Dream Vaca. So please tell me: Did you drink from the Sebilj Fountain – will you be going back?😀
