The Caribbean SoloTraveller First birthday away from Home
It’s a new day and I am happy to be alive. Today is all about CoraDexplorer, the blogger/travel writer. Thanking God for life and for blessings to see another birthday. I am over-joyed to have and continue to experience the world, its cultures, it’s peoples’ and some of the best ice creams too. What better way to celebrate my birthday but in Rome, Italy, the most beautiful city in the world (according to the survey).

BIRTHDAY IN THE CITY OF THE COLOSSEUM
It is the first time I am out of my home and region on my birthday. It’s a day I will just relax and take it easy. I had a good breakfast, good lunch and what else… but ice cream for dessert, hopefully an excellent dinner with a glass of wine… maybe!..It’s all about me today.. I will be celebrating alone…no company needed today..just me, my God and my taste buds..
I never expect much on my birthday so I am never disappointed. I am always happy when it goes very quickly. Birthdays are for those who enjoy getting older… hahaha.
ITS ALL ABOUT ME FOR JUST ONE DAY
The plan was to have the biggest and yummiest ice cream today and take a photo of me enjoying the best ice cream in the world, however, prior to today, I very sad when I couldn’t find any good ice creams after trying 3 shops…especially when I as told Italy has the best ice creams.
It was my biggest disappointment thus far, until today on my birthday I found a shop that sells excellent ice creams, my taste buds are happy once again. The ice-creams shop sells organic ice cream and even the spoons and containers are organic…not plastic..(earth-friendly).
I APPRECITE THE SENTIMENTS
So today I am not releasing any tips or travel advice etc. in my blog/post. It is just a day to relax and let the day quickly pass by knowing I am now a year older… hate being 26!! So old!! 🙂
I want to thank those who sent me greetings on the other social media platforms… most of all my friend from half-way around the world, who loves me enough to find me wherever I am in the world, and send me birthday roses…always… so beautiful. Thank you!
